Team building exercise on day one of orientation with a group of 45?
I am conducting an orientation for new employees to a brand new restaurant. I need a team building/ ice breaker for them to do at the end of the day today. It is for a restaurant and the median age is about 30 for these people. Today is just basic…. handbook, expectations, etc. Please any ideas would be great!
In a restaurant, get teams of 3 or 4 people and give them a list of ingredients, no recipe.
Tell them to create a masterpiece out of it.

I am teaching a drama class and everyone in it is very different. I am trying to come up with ways I can force them all to bond…lol… But I know all the team building games. Has anyone had any success in having kids get to know one another through little interviews or something like that?
Yeahh! we did one at school where we had to make up a chatshow!! Was really fun….we all had different roles but we weren’t allowed to make up lines or have scripts! I learnt alot about other people on that day xx
Now please answer mine!!
