The 1000 Calorie Challenge Program – 1 Word of Warning

Before you rush to use the 1000 Calorie Challenge program by Joel Marion and Arnel Ricafranca, you have to be aware of one thing:

This is not an easy program.

Why is it necessary for me to emphasize this point? The reason is that the world is full of diet plans that promise you an easy and pain-free weight loss process. I don’t want to talk about the concept of effort-free fat loss. I’m talking about easy.

There are easier ways to lose weight than with the 1000 Calorie Challenge. However, most easy diet plans do not work fast. They can deliver results, they can help you get thinner. However, it is not the kind of fast fat burning that you can get with the 1000 Calorie Challenge. It is simply not something that you can expect to achieve.

Before you get blinded by the promise of a fast and huge fat loss that this program has to offer, be ready to make a serious effort. You can’t expect to achieve fast results otherwise.

If you’re not ready to do some hard and furious workouts, the kind that can get you to burn 1000 calories in one session, this isn’t a program you should use.

I’m not saying that this is a bad program. Far from it, I believe it’s a great program and one that you can find very useful. However, if you think that this will be a walk in the park then you’ve gotten the wrong impression and I want you to stop right there and don’t do this plan.

If you’re ready to make a real effort and you’re serious and committed then go ahead and do this program. It works.
