		<description>Another way to get them involved and used to working in tight quarters similar to that of a kitchen is human knot. If you aren&#039;t familiar with this activity, it is where the participants reach across a circle, grab a hand (so their right hand matches with an opposing member and the same for the left), and then they proceed to &quot;untie&quot; themselves. Two teams would be effective with a group of 45, possibly three depending on what outcome you wish to achieve.
