There are a number of websites that offer great suggestions. Pick and choose accordingly.

Bottomline: have fun!
References :
http://www.google.com.ph/search?hl=en&q=teambuilding+activities&btnG=Google+Search&meta=

What kind of industry are we talking about? I had done icebreakers based on short personal notes about individuals or questions about the way they do something at work. Now for interesting answers find questions that will challenge ideologies or they tend to improve work performance as well
References :
What are good icebreakers/team building ideas for employee luncheon?
I am planning an employee apppreciation luncheon and need ideas for icebreakers. I'm creating a questionairre to use in a game where we give out facts about someone (based on questionairre answers) and others try to guess who it is. I've got basic questions now - any suggestions for questions the may illicit fun and/or interesting answers?

Also, any other icebreaker ideas? This is a fairly conservative company. The luncheon is only 2 hours so icebreakers should be fairly quick. We'll be in a conference room at a hotel, sitting mostly... Any suggestions are TRULY appreciated. Thank you!
Our company offers residential construction loans. Employees will be loan reps, employees who process and service the loans and management. Also, we own an escrow company and all employees will attend from there.
