Can any body suggest the sort of activities for our office staff in relation to team building?

Our office is in the business of selling opportunities and develop[ment of resellers and distributors.For the moment we employed 60 wokers in verious catagories including administrarion and sales.I was inform that team building is good for the company and I would like to undertake this project.Any suggestion please?
