Ithaca College – OAL Immersion Semester Program

The Immersion Semester Program allows students to concentrate their studies on outdoor leadership and certification skills, as well as provides them access to the living foundations, philosophies, and cultural dimensions of outdoor adventure leadership. The goal of the immersion semester is to train and certify visionary outdoor educational leaders who are prepared to be agents of change in the world, whether in a wilderness context or some other context where these transferable skills are implemented.
