Sri Lanka Unites FLC vlog – Experiential learning and team sports

One of they unique elements of the Future Leaders Conference was that apart from the formal sessions in the mornings, every evening the students would engage in experiential learning games and sports events. THey would play as a team, where each team would have students from various parts of the country, various ethnicities. The ultimate aim was to see if their team spirit and allegiance to their team mates trumped any geopgraphical, language or ethnic categorisations.

The experiential learning games were led by a volunteer team from India, part of ‘Breakthrough India’. We are grateful for their involvement in FLC, and the time, skills and effort they deployed.
